Dr. Tehrim Naseer believes she was created to create beautiful smiles and foster healthier communities. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Baqai Dental College at Baqai Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan. Following her graduation, she practiced dentistry in private settings before immigrating to the United States to further advance her training in general dentistry.
In the U.S., Dr. Naseer completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Berkshire Medical Center in Massachusetts and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Her professional journey also includes hands-on experience as a dental assistant both in the U.S. and abroad, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient care across diverse settings.
Originally from Maryland, Dr. Naseer relocated to Richmond, Virginia in 2022 to join a community health center, where she provided compassionate dental care to underserved populations. She has since transitioned to Tusk Dental Co., where she brings her clinical expertise, cultural sensitivity, and dedication to service to a broader patient base.
Dr. Naseer is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration to further her impact on the healthcare system through leadership and operational excellence. In addition to her professional and academic pursuits, she is also enrolled in scuba diving classes, reflecting her adventurous spirit and commitment to personal growth.
Known for her empathy, work ethic, and collaborative approach, Dr. Naseer is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and team. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and exploring different cultures. She is multilingual and speaks English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, and French.
